This weekly run is a hill-based interval session, which aims to increase muscle tone, build speed and condition the body for racing.

Thursday: 6:30pm DBA INTERVALS

This weekly run is an interval based session. We alternate this session running either on a grass oval or on a foot path. Starting location Queenscliff Surf Club.
