  • For me, born & breed on Sydney's Northern Beaches, started in the Fitness Industry in 2008 and have always had a passion for running. No kids and I love running hills.
  • Include smaller races that may lead into your main race and their dates and health goals etc. For example: My dream is to run the Sydney Marathon in September in 4hrs and to improve on my overall health so I have more energy for my family.
  • e.g. I want to set myself a challenge and also to keep fit. I find running helps me mentally. As your coach, I will be drawing on your WHY when in bigger training blocks.
  • Weekly km’s, weekly hours, strength training, prefered days to train (eg Strength Thursday, Friday) etc.
